The eTalent Learning Platform is an online platform used by ECC employees to 

• Find and register for ECC professional development opportunities (CETAL and HR) 

• Access employee professional development transcripts (necessary for faculty lane movement)

To access eTalent Learning, begin by navigating to my.Elgin.edu.  Near the top of the page, select the Quicklinks icon (appears as a chain), and select eTalent. Once logged into eTalent, employees can find professional development opportunities on the Learning Library, access a personal Development plan, and view professional development transcripts.
