Learning Improvement Report
The Learning Improvement Report, created in Google Sheets, helps to document course-level assessment activities, analysis, and actions from each department.
The Learning Improvement Report includes spaces to input on the assessment plan, results, and discussion, with details regarding
The course being assessed and the learning outcome or outcomes being focused on.
The assessment method activity (student essays? exams? presentations, relfections? other?) and assessment method (a rubric, itemized exam?)
Standarsd of achievement: what scores on the rubric or the exam would you consider to be exceeding expectations, meeting expectations, approaching expectations but not yet there?
Alignment of the activity to ECC's General Education Outcomes
Data Disaggregation: what do the assessment results look like when broken down by different student factors?
Faculty's interpretation of the results and ideas for what to do in response to the discussion
